Shipping Policy
Earth University products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production and shipping partners.
Processing times
Most orders require approximately 2 to 5 business days for production before shipping.
Processing times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, product launches, periods of high demand, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping times
Delivery times vary based on:
- Destination
- Shipping method
- Product availability
- Fulfillment location
- Carrier conditions
- Customs processing
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.
Tracking activity may take up to 48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.
Separate shipments
Products in the same order may be produced at different facilities. As a result, an order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates.
International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated at checkout.
Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Additional shipping fees may apply when an order must be resent because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable.
Delays
Earth University is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather, labor disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will still make a reasonable effort to help investigate delayed or missing shipments.
